The Sirui PA-20 Panning Quick Release Photo Platform utilizes a dual safety lock mechanism to ensure your quick release plate stays in place and keeps your gear safe. It features a bubble level on the top, as well as a platform that pans 360 degrees. It fits on 3/8″ mounting bolts and also includes a dove tail plate that can be mounted on the bottom to mount to any arca compatible clamp or head.
